Ronda is a senior in the dual partnership program with OSU and UHMC in psychology and she obtained her nursing Assistant certificate from UHMC in 2019. She works with special needs people in educational settings as well as in the community. She also worked with the elderly in end-of-life care in the home.
Her passion is to walk along with others to find their voice and personal choices to increase self-determination. She is the Aunt of a beautiful niece on the autism spectrum and discovered her passion while helping her learn to eat on her own when others insisted it was impossible.
Ronda is enthusiastic to join the Aloha Independent Living Hawaii team as the teleconnect program assistant and looks forward to helping others find their voice, talents, and abilities to enhance their quality of life.
