Bachelor’s degree in related field. Three years secretarial and supervisory experience, preferably in human services. Skills required in verbal and written communication, organization, and typing. Knowledge of filing systems, personnel issues, and office operations. Computer knowledge preferred. Personal experience with disability preferred.
