Upon his return to Hawaii, Walter Lawrence needed assistance with obtaining the new Hawaii License with the Gold Star, as required by Homeland Security for traveling and identity verification purposes. This new policy will take effect on Oct. 1st of 2020. Oahu IL Specialist, Eisa Escalona, gladly assisted Walter with this process, resulting in a happy consumer.
