The Maui VIBES (Vision Impairment and Blindness Education and Peer Support) Group met this past Wednesday on May 29th with a very special guest from Eschenbach, a company focused on providing magnification and vision enhancing products.
Through the power of technology, Barbara Mora from Eschenbach was able to present all the way from Connecticut! Mora spoke about contrast, lighting, and glare. The VIBES members learned a lot about different types of light and the various filters that can be worn to help reduce glare and visual strain.
