When former AILH Consumer, Ralph Toomire passed away and left all of his remaining possessions to AILH, Big Island IL Specialist, Karin Riedel immediately thought of one Consumer. She gathered all the kitchen supplies and practical household items that were left by Ralph, and delivered them to her Consumer and her family who had recently fell on hard times. The items completed her kitchen and Karin assisted in purchasing some other basic necessities. The act of giving continues to grow as this family was able to celebrate the New Year with peace and gratitude.
