Sam is a 68-year-old veteran, a former 2-time state boxing championship who has Alzheimer’s and is living in a home for seniors. Aloha Independent Living Hawaii assisted Sam with a VA claim. We provided transportation for Sam and his wife Angie to go to the doctors, do their shopping, and run general errands. We also provided and set up a donated electric hospital bed for him. Sam sleeps much more comfortably now.
