If you’re interested in having an arrest (with no conviction) expunged, please go to <secondchanceshawaii.org> and fill out the pre-screening form. If you are from an outer island, please indicate that on the form.
Attorneys will be available at the event to help you fill out the forms to get the process going and will also be able to help with questions on sealing court records.
