AILH TeleConnect program had a week long trip serving consumers on Molokai. All the consumers were very happy to be receiving their brand new devices. They also received in depth training to learn how to properly use their respective devices. Our technical trainer Nicole set up accessibility features to fit each consumer’s needs. The consumers also personalized their device by downloading apps to fit their specific interests. Each consumer was trained to participate in Zoom calls. Each of the consumers will receive follow up visits via zoom to put their new skills into action & have the opportunity to ask follow up questions.
