The Comprehensive Service Center (CSC) for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf-Blind, offered a one-day ASL training at the University of Hawaii Maui College and our AILH Maui staff took advantage of this great opportunity. IL Specialists, Lani Cabanilla and Kathleen Kenney joined about 25 other community members with varied ASL experience, to be enlightened by excellent CSC Instructors, Gary Hall (pictured at left with Kathleen) and Mikey Tomita. It was an enjoyable day of valuable skill building for our staff.
