Advocacy Coordinator to sit on Mental Health & Substance Abuse Board

AILH Advocacy Coordinator, Brian Hauser, was nominated and confirmed as a member of the Mental Health & Substance Abuse, Maui Service Area Board on April 5th.  Brian sat before the Committee on Commerce, Consumer Protection, and Health at the Hawaii State Capital to testify at a hearing on his behalf.  Chair, Senator Rosalyn Baker, Vice Chair, Senator Stanley Chang, and their committee listened to testimony and advised the State Senate to confirm the governor’s nominations.
