The Kahului Lions Club reached out to our Maui IL Specialists to see if they would like to collaborate on a service project. With so many COVID restrictions and so much time being spent at home, they thought that our consumers might enjoy the delivery of a special lunch. The Lions purchased bentos from 2 local shops and coordinated delivery of the meals along with bottled water and cloth face masks to 16 AILH consumers in Kahului, Wailuku, and Makawao. We very much appreciate all of the work that the Lions do in the community and for our consumers.
