A licensed Social Worker with more than 16 years’ experience planning, developing and implementing programs for people experiencing difficulties with mental illness, physical disabilities, addictions, family dysfunctions, adult offenders, children’s mental and physical health and working with homeless persons.

I love working with people in all capacities.  I have been a supervisor as well as a field instructor for students from Hawaii Pacific University and Volda University in Norway in the school of Social Work, while at the same time supervising 12 to 16 employees in the workplace.

It’s exciting and challenging to work at bringing agencies and people together to learn new ideas and implement new programs that benefit not only the individuals in need but make it so many agencies, communities and individuals in the community can also benefit.
